If you’re in hospital over Christmas, it is easy to
feel forgotten. But Christians brought the message of Christmas to the wards
of the new Derby Royal hospital with carol singing on Christmas Eve.
This annual event transferred from the old DRI after it
closed, and is well received by patients and staff alike.

A good cuppa after all that singing
Christians in Matlock enjoyed a good sing at All Saints Church
before Christmas. People from a number of local congregations gathered for the
event. As well as traditional carols, there were songs from local primary school
children - who were very well behaved whilst sat on stage!

having a nice drink after an hour of singing!
