Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and in accordance with this privacy statement.

Information held The type of information about you we collect, hold and process includes:-

your name
your address
your telephone number
your e-mail address
your prayer preferences

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. Should you wish to exercise your right to know what data about you are held, please contact us. An access fee will be charged for this service. Appropriate measures have been put in place to ensure the safety and integrity of the data Prayershield holds about you. If we intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area we will always obtain you consent first.

The Prayershield Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act is the on behalf of the Prayershield Trust.

Purpose of Use

The Prayershield Trust will collect, hold and process your information only for the following purposes:-

to provide you, as a prayer partner or friend of Prayershield, with information we think will be of interest to you including but not limited to information about the setting up of a prayer network
to provide you with information about Prayershield and events organised for the benefit or participation of Prayershield partners and friends
to provide you with information about products and services related to Prayershield
occasionally to ask you to consider giving financial or other support to Prayershield

Information about you will not be passed to any third party unless you request this by expressing an interest in another organisation, via the website. Prayershield will continue to assume you are happy with its maintaining the data about you for the above purposes. If you are not content with your data being held for any or all of the above purposes or wish to check the data we hold, please contact us and we shall be happy to assist.

Tracking
